The Farmhouse is a beautifully converted farmhouse, situated near the Ggantija temples
(one of the oldest temples in the world), surrounded by beautiful views.
The accommodation comprises of a 2 double bedroom (1 with ensuite), 1 single bedroom,
a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ area, wood-burning fireplace, beautiful swimming pool with deck, heated Jacuzzi, 2 outside showers, 4 bathrooms of which 2 Family bathrooms,
1 En-suites and 1 Shower rooms.
We can add extra beds at an extra charge.

Our property is close to all amenities; you can find pubs, restaurants, historical sites, supermarket, pharmacy, petrol station, church, bakery and confectionery all at a walking distance. 
The bus stop is just outside our farmhouse, and the nearest beach Ramla l-Hamra is only
10 minutes away by bus.

The Farmhouse is the perfect place to relax and unwind, situated exactly behind the Ggantija temples, having great country views, and it’s close to all amenities.

The Island of Gozo region: 
GOZO, or GHAWDEX [ pronounced Awdesch] as it is locally known, lies 20 minutes away by ferry from Malta. Measuring about one third the size of Malta it has a personality quite distinct from Malta, it is more a fishing and farming community and the countryside is greener and more spectacular. Controls over building developments keep Gozo unspoilt.
Flat-topped hills and intensely cultivated fields characterize the landscape whilst the coast has rugged cliffs, steep valleys and beautiful inlets. Baroque churches and old stone farmhouses dot the countryside. The beaches are to die for and are great for swimming or diving. The island has virtually no crime and is very safe and an ideal vacation for families or couples.

Xaghra:
Situated in one of the most picturesque villages on the island of Gozo - Malta. The world-famous Ggantija Temples the oldest man-made structures in the world is right next door to our property. Ta' Kola Windmill, Ramla Bay, Calypso Cave and the Toy Museum are within close distance. Xaghra's main square has some lovely restaurants and bars and if you have overindulged the area has the best walking trails on the island.

Deposit: 50% deposit on booking. The balance can be paid 1cash on arrival.

Corporate bookings, Long term lets (over 1 month), Short breaks not less than 3 nights.

We need €200 for Breakage Deposit payable on arrival at the farmhouse. 

For Heating the Outdoor Hot Tube there is a charge of €50
 

Eco Contribution Tax 
We need to collect 50c per person per night up to € 5 per person over 18 years.
This must be paid when you will arrive at the property.
For 1 week stay, it will be € 3.50 per person.
