• The kitchen is fully furnished with, a microwave, oven and hob, fridge and freezer, Iron, Iron Board, pots, pans, cutlery ecc  
• There are 2 Terraces which are private for your use.    
• On the second terrace, next to the kitchen, there's a table and chairs surrounded by real plants.
• Full Bathroom with bathtub and with a solar hot water system.
• An automatic washing machine.

The Apartment is an 8-minute walk to the front promenade for shopping, open pubs and restaurants   
It's 8 min walk to Sandy Beach - Balluta Bay, Rocky Beach, English Schools, Private Capua Hospital, bars, restaurants, cafes ecc.

It’s 8 8-minute walk to the Independence Garden. You can have lovely long walks along the sea. You can watch the sunset. There are also swings and playing areas for the children. 

Then it's a 15-minute walk or you can go by bus to Paceville in St Julian’s to Casino, to Portomaso and to the largest Sandy beach in St George's Bay.

In Paceville, you can find Restaurants, Open Bars, cinemas, bowling, more entertainment and Night Life through all the night

Sliema Promenade:   
Chill at one of the many cafes, or take a leisurely stroll along this broad seafront promenade that links the bustling shopping centre of Sliema, to the cosmopolitan nightlife of St Julian's.

We need 35% of the deposit by bank transfer. Balance can be paid in cash on arrival.
Extra persons at € 30 per person per night.
Final Cleaning charge € 80
You will have 10 units free of electricity per day — extra units on consumption.
A breakage Deposit of € 100 must be paid when you arrive at the property.
The breakage deposit will be given back when returning the keys and leave it clean
as you found it.
 

Those who book the apartment with a special price for a long let must pay for electricity and water on consumption + wi-fi. A breakage deposit will be half of the amount of the 1-month rent. 
 

Eco Contribution Tax
We must collect 50c per person per night up to € 5 per person over 18 years.
This must be paid when you will arrive at the property.
For a 1-week stay, it will be € 3.50 per person.
