Breakage Deposit of € 300 must be paid when you arrive at the property.
The breakage deposit will be given back when returning the keys and leave it clean as you found it.
 

Eco Contribution Tax 
We need to collect 50c per person per night up to € 5 per person over 18 years.
This must be paid when you will arrive at the property.
For 1 week stay, it will be € 3.50 per person.
