The Apartment is 8 minutes walk to the front promenade for shopping, open pubs and restaurants   
Its 8 min walk to a Sandy beach - Balluta Bay, Rocky beach, English Schools, Private Capua Hospital, bars, restaurants, cafes ecc.

It’s 8 min walk to the Independence Garden. You can have nice long walks along the sea. You can watch the sunset. There is also swings and playing area for the children. 

Then its 15 minutes walk or you can go by bus to Paceville in St' Julian’s to Casino, to Portomaso and to the largest Sandy beach in St George's Bay.

In Paceville, you can find Restaurants, Open Bars, cinemas, bowling, more entertaining and Night Life through all the night

Sliema Promenade:   
Chill at one of the many cafes, or take a leisurely stroll along this broad seafront promenade that links the bustling shopping centre of Sliema, to the cosmopolitan nightlife of St Julian's.

We need 35% of the deposit by bank transfer. Balance can be paid cash on arrival.

Final Cleaning charge € 50

You will have 40 units free of electricity for 1 week. Extra units on consumption at .35c per 1 unit.

Water and gas are included in the price.

Late check-in after 20.00pm is €15

Breakage Deposit of € 200 must be paid when you arrive at the property.
The breakage deposit will be given back when returning the keys and leave it clean as you found it.
 

The Penthouse is available for long let at €1150 monthly + bills.
 

Eco Contribution Tax
We need to collect 50c per person per night up to € 5 per person over 18 years.
This must be paid when you will arrive at the property.
For 1 week stay, it will be € 3.50 per person.
